Maroon 5 Singer Adam Levine Just Bought Rob Lowe’s Montecito Mansion for $52M

The beloved celebrity couple Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo recently invested in a 10,000 square foot property in Montecito, California. Previously owned by actor Rob Lowe, the $52 M mansion is an impressive estate modeled after the Virginia countryside style.

The mansion features six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and three powder rooms along with a guest house and a pool house to host an endless number of guests. The value of this 3.4-acre Montecito estate continues to rise since its development back in 2009 and we can see why.

Don Nulty custom-designed the sizeable estate. In its current state, the property offers a sunken tennis court, a home theater, an outdoor living room, and more. The interior of the home showcases a lot of traditional elements, especially from the exterior, making it a big change from their contemporary compound in Pacific Palisades. Moldings and millwork can be seen throughout the home along with wood accents. French doors are also seen a lot throughout the home, allowing the interior and exterior of the home to mesh while highlighting the peaceful greenery.

Aside from this purchase, the Maroon 5 singer seems to be very involved in real estate over the past few years since he and his wife have bought and sold a number of properties over the last few years, generally raking in a sizable profit. Most recently, the couple listed their Pacific Palisades mansion for almost double what they paid for it in 2018.
